Tim and his crew were professional. This is truly dustless. They showed up at the scheduled time and were finished in four hours. It is really amazing how they removed the tiles without causing any dust. When picking up the cracked tiles, they use the same vacuum system. Then the thin set on the floor gets ground up. Again, NO DUST!! Very meticulous and courteous. Tim had to cut my ceramic tiles at the door openings since we were not removing tiles in that room. Came out perfect.
